Discounts

If you are the author of a component or download listed on this site and it's Actively Updated, you may qualify for a 10% discount. A discount of 10% is offered to Authors of tips and FAQ's that we accept and publish. A discount of 10% is also offered to folks helping in the forums with 5 or more "helpful" answers. Note that all these discounts can not be combined with special offers or other discounts.

InThink at its sole discretion can decide if a message is "helpful". Also, InThink at its sole discretion will decide if the component or other download is "Actively Updated". When not sure, feel free to ask us.

Payment

We accept payment via credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Eurocard/Amex), fortune 500 or government purchase orders or wire transfer. Please let us know (at advertising@delphi32.com) which payment method suits you, and we will provide you with proper information to send payment. After the payment is received, we will promptly insert your "ad" into the site.

Other items required

You will need to provide us the following for ad placement:

URL to redirect to for click throughs.
ALT Text if any.
Banner GIF file. Please either provide a URL or an attachment.
Your preferred account name and password.
This agreement, signed and faxed or mailed to InThink Corporation. Please see Contact us for the mailing address and phone numbers.

Please also provide a password that you can remember but not the same password that you use for other sensitive information. Many people have a habit of using the same password everywhere. This habit can compromise your security, as most data transfers over the Internet are not secure.

All the above information should be e-mailed to advertising@delphi32.com after this agreement is signed.

Explanations of Terms

Impression: A single view of the advertisement by a visitor.

CPM: Cost per thousand impressions.

Click through: The act of a visitor clicking on an advertisement to visit your site.

General Terms

RIGHT TO REFUSE: InThink Corporation reserves the right to refuse any advertising request, or to cancel advertisements that do not fulfill the terms of this agreement or that does not conform to the technical specifications. InThink Corporation does not accept advertising requests from organizations selling products or services related to adult material, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, gambling, racism or any illegal material / activity.

INDEMNIFICATION FOR LIABILITY: Advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to the advertisement, and/or any material linked through the advertisement. Advertiser represents and warrants that the use, reproduction, distribution, or transmission of the advertisement will not violate any criminal laws or any rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, such violations as infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, music, image, or other proprietary or property right, false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, invasion of privacy or rights of celebrity, violation of any anti-discrimination law or regulation, or any other right of any person or entity. Advertiser agrees to indemnify InThink Corporation and to hold InThink Corporation harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and expenses that may be incurred by InThink Corporation, arising out of or related to advertiser's breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties.

DELIVERY OF ADS: InThink Corporation will make good faith efforts to begin the impressions on the start date if applicable. However, advertiser understands that by the nature of online advertising, the advertising campaign's exact start and end dates and the rate of impressions delivered may vary due to fluctuations in daily traffic.

REFUND: Any amount paid is not refundable. InThink Corporation will only provide a refund in the event we do not advertise your banner ad for any reason. If you're purchasing banner ads for the first time, we recommend that you buy a smaller amount for testing purposes. Please contact advertising@delphi32.com for such a request.

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES: In no event will InThink Corporation be liable to the advertiser for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not InThink Corporation has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Furthermore, advertising statistics are provided as-is without any guarantees. InThink Corporation shall not be liable for any claims as they relate to the advertising statistics.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These standard terms sets forth the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior agreements and representations between the parties, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter contained herein.
