I've heard MTS Pooling can improve second and subsequent connect times to Oracle and MSSQL. Can you tell me more about the speed improvements? In small tests done in Developer Support, we have seen the following for second a subsequent connects: Oracle 8, MTS ON,Average Connect Time: . 3 seconds MSSQL, MTS ON, Average Connect Time: . 3 seconds Oracle 8, MTS OFF, Average Connect Time: .45 seconds MSSQL, MTS OFF, Average Connect Time: .65 seconds
