| Windows Dialer dials out when I am already connected to the internet |

Whenever I try to use the Internet controls, the Windows dialer attempts to dial out, even if I am connected to the internet via the Network. What can I do? You can disable this feature of the operating system by going to the Windows Control Panel, select the Internet icon, and go to the Connections page. Un-Select the check box "Connect to the internet as needed".
