| BDEAdmin:Invalid Filename for Oracle Server Name |

I'm setting up my alias to an Oracle database. When I pick Server Name I get an error of invalid filename. How come? If your protocal is set to TNS, this error will occur if HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREORACLEORACLE_HOME is missing, points to an invalid directory, or the TNSNAMES.ORA file cannot be found within where ORACLE_HOME points.
