Since QSECOFR uses the Security Officer profile, this user has access to all parts of the machine as well as all other user profiles. Delphi/400 needs access to specific parts of the AS/400 for the installation of their product. These areas on the 400 may be restricted to specific users due to security reasons, so it is required that you sign on as QSECOFR
