| Procedures and Functions in Oracle Packages not listed |

I have a procedure or a function in my Oracle package. When I get a list of stored procedure names for my TStoredProc how come it is now listed? Only procedure names listed in sys.all_objects are listed. This is fast query. To get a list of procedures in packages each package would have to be parsed which would be a slow operation.
