TRulerScrollBox draw graphical ruler on all sides of scroll box. It automaticaly keep trace mouse movements and draw hair lines on rulers indicating current location of mouse cursor. Now you can place any control in TRulerScrollBox and if it necassary on right and bottom sides appears scroll boxes also as in native TScrollBox. When user scroll client area using scroll boxes rulers also shift and point real position of child controls in TRulerScrollBox client area. You can write handler for event OnRulerClick, in order to open popup menu for control of behavior and look TRulerScrollBox. If you scale child controls you need scale rulers on TRulerScrollBox. You can do it with properties ScaleDivisor and ScaleDividend.
