Description:
Mouse Sensitive Image Component is drived from TPanel, which add two bitmaps. It displays the normal bitmap. When mouse enters highlighted bitmap will be displayed. The normal bitmap will be restored when mouse leaves. It's useful to create IE 3.0 like buttons or to hide and show pictures occording to the mouse movement.
