Description:
The panel looks like a normal panel exept for the zoomstyles and zoomstate property. The panel has wipe functions in it, so when you place the ZoomPanel with alingment on top (for use as an toolbar o.s.l.t.) and you select the ZoomStyle 'WipeUp' and activate
the procedure CloseIt, the panel (with its contents) slowly scrolls under the menu (if you have one). Wiping a Status- bar is works the other way around.
