Description:
A 3-pane panel that allows mouse-based access to one of its panels (the Menu pane), which is normally hidden on one of the sides of the TTriPane container. This allows users to streamline their interfaces by placing important controls into a hidden pane that can be accessed by moving the mouse toward it (it pops open to reveal the controls on it). Meanwhile, the other two panes, a Header pane and a Client pane, remain visible at all times. Using this "hidden area" scheme, it is possible to greatly improve the 2-dimensional area available for the normal operation of applications, while keeping an area that contains important functionality, such as control buttons, only a flick of the wrist away, and not relying on clumsy solutions such as deep menus or confusing icon toolbars.
