Description:
PhScrollBox is not an extended TScrollBox control, it could not scroll the child controls inside. However, phScrollBox let you fully control the two scrollbars inside the scrollbox and generated an onchange event. PhScrollBox support Flat ScrollBar now, but version 4.71 or higher of comctl32.dll is required.
