Description:
The Spider ODB is a database system which allows storing native Delphi objects into databases. A database independent design allows the user to choose an appropriate underlying engine. Object databases are ideal to store complex objects, and often lead to performance improvements over a relational model, due to the elimination of costly one-to-many relationships. Drivers are currently available for BDE, Btrieve, DBISAM,QDB, Advantage Database Server, and Access. A wizard to automatically generate code for persistent objects is included.
