This componens can play/record wave streams like some components on the Internet with wave compress/decompress functions using installed CODEC on Windows 95/98 (NT maybe well, but not tested) - GSM 6.1, IMA ADPCM, Microsoft ADPCM, CCITT, etc. Using Windows standard dialog box or by manually, any available wave format can be selected.
