Description: Displays a button on the Window Title Bar of the Owner form, along with an optional System Menu item (for keyboard selection). Basically, this component provides the means by which to get a Context Sensitive Help Button to be displayed on any form or window. Normally, Windows 95 (as designed by Microsoft Corp.) will not display the standard button if either a Minimize or Maximize button is also present. This was done by them to limit the button to displaying on non-main forms/windows, essentially only dialogs. However, it can be done using TTitleBarButton, as it emulates a regular button, and allows the programmer to decide what to display in the button area, and how to process the users selection.
