Description:
This component was made to ease the creation of associations and set system shell extensions for associated files that your program uses. It allows your application to create and respond to menu items added to the explorer/desktop right click popup menu. It also offers functions to get a files Icon and of FileType even if it doesn't exists. A Demo is included of a small association manager that can get and set all the associations on your system. So be carefull with the demo if you have not read the source files. This version adds enumeration, saving and restoring associations, a "Extension" property editort and the TCEATShell custom component Editor. These two new objects make the component design modeinteractive to allow testing of associations with your projects.
