Description:
A Delphi/CBuilder class that provides easy access to DIB's (device-independant bitmaps). The built-in TBitmap class handles device-dependant bitmaps, but usually programmers need their images in a DIB format. The class is fully compatible with the rest of the graphical objects and can be assigned to and from the clipboard, files, resources and other bitmaps. Now it supports direct display on a canvas.
