Handling very large file sizes -- greater than 64K lines and a large number of filters for overlooking changes that are important in searching for significant changes.DLSuperC is different because::
  • It detects line changes based on data content alone. The user can, electively, ignore in the comparison:
    • A large number of defined script language type comments
    • Program language definitions like C++, Pascal, and Assembler
    • User defined comment token definitions
    • Upper and lower text case changes
    • Reformatted lines (blanks differences in position and number)
    • Embedded binary data such as zeros and EOL cha
  • DLSuperC can detect matching lines that have moved out of programming sequence or, alternately, compare lists from two files for inserts, deletes, or duplicate lines.
