Description:
Imagewerks is an advanced imaging tool that can do anything from simple photo touch-ups, to complex painting and compositing. It's extensible - third parties can write plugins to read and write files, work as image filters, act as custom plugin brushes and fills, and heaps more.
You can define your brushes for Imagewerks. They can work directly, or be attached to Paths - allowing control over things like stroke placement and shape, as well the ability to edit the stroke at a later point. These Paths can also be filled with gradients, textures, patterns, and more.
You can also play with filters, and change the pixels of the image in one way or another. You might remove dust spots from a scanned photograph, or convert a color picture to black and white, or one of a million other possibilities. You can apply a filter to the whole image, or just to a selection.
