Description:
WinIVR is a powerful and user-friendly tool capable of designing custom IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications. It was developed primarily to work with voice modems, and is capable of performing complex telephony routines like silence detection and call transfers. It has been tested on CENTREX systems, PBX (Private Branch Exchange) systems and on normal telephone lines, POTS (Plain Old Telephony Service). Apart from providing useful features such as Caller ID and fax handoff, WinIVR also supports multiple telephone lines, digit gathering and timeout, voicemail for multiple users over the network, as well as error reporting and handling.
