Description:
Help Authoring Util - front end to Help Compiler Workshop. Help topics are kept in a database, and all help info (links, popups, macros, etc.) are easily accessible. Scans BCB's project files (mak and bpr - tested with all versions of BCB) for help context ids, making easier to link topics to ids. Requires Microsoft's HCW (4.03 or higher) and the BDE (at least 4.x). Can be used with Delphi, but won't scan projects for context info.
