Description:
IconForge makes it simple to create and modify icons, multi-resolution icons, cursors and animated icons/cursors for your Windows desktop, as well as for other graphic projects, such as producing tiles for wallpaper backgrounds or small pictures for web pages. Contains a full set of painting tools, including text, special effects filters, etc. Paint with transparent and inverse "colors" to allow the background to show through portions of your icons and cursors. Extract icons from EXE, DLL ICO, ANI ICL, or CUR format files (including OS/2 icon files), and from common image files. You can even do a screen capture to grab an icon or image. Clip a region from imported images, or scale them to fit the standard icon/cursor sizes. Edited icons may be saved in icon/cursor formats, stored in Library files, or exported to commonly used bitmap image formats (such as BMP, JPEG, GIF, PCX or TIFF). Common animation effects, such as Dissolves and Fades, can be automatically produced. Purchase includes both versions.
