Description:
The SemiTransparent Panel is a Delphi panel that offers several capabilities.
When it is placed in a form, you can see through it to the background of the
parent form. You can control the level of transparency. You can load an image
into the SemiTrans panel and thus see a mix of the top and underlying images.
You can also specify a Hot image so that the panel will change from its basic image
to the Hot image when the mouse enters the panel. The panel can respond to
mouse clicks. It also includes the ability to specify border style, border width,
inner bevil and outer bevil. You can also apcify a caption to appear centered in
the panel.
There is an included TransProj.exe which shows the capabilities of the panel.
