Description:
TViewPort is a window into a TImage component, similar to the "mini-map"seen on many PC games. The viewport mirrors changes to the TImage, reducedor enlarged as needed. A box shows the visible portion of the image withinits parent component. This box can be moved, in turn changing the TImage'sposition within its parent component.
