Description:
Simulates the labels that appear in the installation menu for Delphi 3. Normally, they appear like standard labels, but if the mouse moves over them they are highlighted (the selected color is painted around the text). If the user clicks on the label it moves down and over like a button.
Now includes the ability to rotate the label around 360 degrees.
